Where are you based?
We based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire and we cover surrounding areas (Rotherham, Sheffield and Doncaster). We do travel further for additional travel expenses. Please get in contact to see if we can cover your area.
Do you need a deposit?
To secure any time slot a minimum of £10 admin BOOKING FEE must be paid during the booking process. The booking fee acts as a deposit and is then deducted from your total balance. We have different secure payment methods including bank transfer and paypal. All payments are confirmed from ourselves upon receiving any payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Do your characters do accents?
Yes! We pride ourselves on making sure our characters are movie accurate. All of our performers research each character so that they can give you and your guests the best experience possible. This includes accents, costumes, mannerisms and poses. Our performers stay in character throughout the booking!
Do you have a DBS check and insurance?
Although by law as children's entertainers we are not required to have DBS checks. However, all our staff are covered with basic DBS checked and are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance. These documents can be seen on request from bookers or venues.
What is the booking process?
So our booking process is very simple! We only have 3 steps for you to complete.
Step 1 - We email you our terms and conditions.
Step 2 - Once the client has read and accepted the terms and conditions we then send you out a blank information list for all details we need. Eg, venue full address, time, date etc.
Step 3 - A minimum of £10 booking fee must be paid on booking to secure your slot.
That's you done. Once we have received step 2&3 from you we will then send you a confirmation email with all your details regarding you booking.

What happens after i book?
You can contact us at any time with any questions you may have. However, we do give you a confirmation call the week of your event. We then double and triple check the information we have and talk you through what time our team will arrive. Here is where you can let us know any specific requests for on the day e.g. favourite songs, games etc.
